By using BooChat, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before use.

1. Scope of Service

BooChat provides:

  • Social: End-to-end encrypted private and group chats
  • Non-custodial wallet: Create/import a mnemonic on your device and manage multi-chain addresses and assets

Not provided: Fiat on/off-ramps, centralized exchange services, securities, wealth management, or other regulated financial services.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • Safeguard keys: Keep your mnemonic phrase and private keys secure; loss or disclosure is at your own risk
  • Lawful use: Do not use the App for fraud, money laundering, illegal content, or other unlawful activity; comply with applicable laws
  • Your content: You are responsible for what you send; we may act on violating content

3. Risks

  • Blockchain networks and third-party services are not fully under our control and may be interrupted or delayed

4. Disclaimers

  • The App is a non-custodial tool; we do not hold or control your assets
  • We are not liable for losses from lost keys, user error, or third-party protocol failures, except where required by law
  • For user-generated content, we apply moderation efforts but cannot guarantee timely removal of all violations

5. Privacy

Private and group chats are end-to-end encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms and publish them on this page and in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated version.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules). Disputes should be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they may be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction.
